This second chart adds the internal (WSU and Jefferson Extension) emails we generated to facilitate our services. IN-email is not tracked, only OUT-email requiring a staff response. In this way all list-serve or spam is sorted out of the tally. These important exchanges enable us to get advice from our University and County colleagues, hence its name: the "Business of Doing Business", bringing the total of LC-NOP Community & Educational Support contacts for the year to 5,385.
